The Comic Conspiracy: Episode 41 is the Image Comics series
Invincible by Robert Kirkman and drawn by Ryan Ottley. Invincible is the story of Mark Grayson a typical teenager except that his father is a super hero from another planet. Mark is going to get powers soon and he can't wait, but having super abilities isn't all its cracked up to be. Invincible is a great series about the good and the bad that comes with becoming a super hero (with a very intense amount of blood and gore to it). I have really enjoyed this series since I got into it a few years ago, and I recommend it highly. Here is a list of the collected Invincible soft covers (with deep links to the digital versions):
