*Most stores under ordered this title and I was amazed we had one back on the shelf.
I snatched it up and can't wait to dive in.

Graphic Novel
Star Wars Legacy (Vol. 09) - Monster Dark Horse
Star Wars Legacy (Vol. 10) - Extremes Dark Horse
Star Wars Legacy (Vol. 11) - War Dark Horse

Okay it is time to get back to a normal reading schedule. Month seven of the "New Rejiggered 52" is under way and I can't wait to read Animal Man and Swamp Thing because these titles have been amazing and beautiful comics to experience. I'm actually going to read Swamp Thing #7 while listening to the song Yanick Paquette created while drawing Swamp Thing. Maybe it will work for Animal Man too. I'll let you know.
Action Comics, Detective Comics, Winter Soldier, and Fairest #1 are also out this week and I am looking forward to these books too.
I dropped Green Arrow, because the first story arch didn't grab my attention enough to keep going with this series and I am not a real fan of Harvey Tolibao's art. It works for some titles, but for me it doesn't work for Green Arrow.
tI will be checking out The new Image Comics book The Manhattan Projects #1 by Jonathan Hickman with art from Nick Pitarra & Cris Peter. Image has had a few good titles pop up lately and since my Marvel titles have fallen off I find myself trying to fill some of those gaps with new and interesting books. I'll let you know what I think.
I will also be reading Wolverine and the X-Men: Alpha and Omega #3 of 5 this week, but I'm not buying it.
And I finally get to check out that new Star Wars series Dawn of the Jedi: Force Storm, and I hope it becomes a permanent title on my pull list.

Remember you can now find these titles and more in digital format at our Comics Conspiracy - Comixology Storefront.
You can still order comics from us directly by visiting the shop or giving us a call (408) 245-6275, or dropping Ryan an email at ryan@comicsconspiracy.biz.

As usual I'll be talking comics on The Comic Conspiracy, and on the Geekbox Forums. Now get out there and enjoy some good old fashioned comic book reading.

  1. I have not gotten into Swamp Thing or Animal Man yet. I keep hearing how great they are but for Swamp Thing all I keep thinking about is that 80's movie where I saw my first on screen boob.

  2. It is funny how those first on screen boob memories stay with you; mine was Doc Hollywood. You should read Swamp Thing and Animal Man though. They are fantastic reads that have constantly delivered every month since the "Rejiggering".
