I was actually torn when it came to answering this because there are some good independent reads out there, but decided to go with the Oni Press title The Sixth Gun. (Click the link to read the first issue for free through our Comixology storefront.)
The Sixth Gun was actually my random comic pick back on Episode 5. (The Superboy Prime Episode) If you are into any of theses things: the paranormal, Civil War Era, westerns, guns, or just a good read then you should be checking out this title by Cullen Bunn and illustrated by Brian Hurtt.
