Harley Quinn Annual #1 Review

The last week of October was a fifth week for new comic releases. Publishers use this extra week to get caught up with releases, put out extra content like one-shots or annuals, or just push some titles out a little earlier. DC released a bunch of annuals this week. One of those annuals was for the title Harley Quinn. This book in particular has been the topic of some interesting conversation. The reason why is this issue has rub 'n smell aspects to it, and one of those smells just happens to be marijuana. I picked up the controversial issue because I do get Harley Quinn, and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.
